Now that I understand the lay of the land in Tulum, peace and quite is harder to find... Dodging Construction sites next to your stay can be difficult but, Casa Mistica is tucked on a corner with zero disturbing sounds. Mega bonus!
Your Superhost Monica, goes above and beyond during your stay. You can tell she values ensuring her guests have the upmost experience while staying with her, you feel so safe and taken care the entire time.
PROPERTY PERKS
It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully-equipped penthouse with a private rooftop terrace (hammocks, dining table, loungers and jazzuci) offering up some fantastic moments to be shared for sunrise and sunset. There is also a communal jungle pool and 24 hour security on site.
It’s located in Aldea Zama, an exclusive community between Tulum town Centro and the Hotel Zone. (10-minute drive) to the beach.
I’ve also had the chance to experience Casa Mistica’s Private Chef. Which you can book as an add-on when you stay there. The Chef was able to accommodate all our dietary requests and cooked some of the best authentic Mexican dishes!
I know this spot is soon to become one of Tulum’s top rentals, for now it’s our little secret! Between the countless properties I’ve stayed at, while living here — this one makes the top of my list without a doubt.

Anywhere from 3-7 days! Because this property is fully-equipped and close to all main attractions. I would recommend a week if you have the time available.
